For this project, we photographed Carton House in Maynooth, focusing on its unique blend of history and luxury. Rather than concentrating solely on the grand, well-known spaces, we wanted to highlight some of the hotel’s hidden gems, from the intimate Bell Room to its Michelin-starred restaurant. Our goal was to capture the ornate ceilings, intricate sculptural details, and original pieces that speak to the heritage of the estate. By emphasising craftsmanship and atmosphere, we aimed to tell the story of Carton House as more than just a hotel, but as a living piece of history infused with modern refinement.
